The family system is one that molds and shapes our experiences in how we view the world. Often times, our roles in our family will directly mirror how we navigate and negotiate relationships. Working with loved ones can offer insight into your own belief systems, patterns and dynamics, ultimately gaining a greater understanding and compassion for one another.
Fee for individual and family counseling is $165 for 60 minutes and $195 for 90 minutes. Sliding scale is available for a limited number of time slots for those whose finances limit their ability to attend weekly or bi-weekly sessions. I currently accept cash, check or credit card via Square for an additional fee. I can also bill out of network if this allows with your current deductible.
